We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Residential Chat Support Representatives to join our team at Damosa IT Park. In this role, you will handle real-time customer inquiries, bridging the gap between customer service, billing management, and sales solutions.

Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
- At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience specifically in risk and fraud management.
- Must have Chat and Voice experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Open to shifting schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
- Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Document all customer interactions properly
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
