What You’ll Do

As a Financial Service Associate, you will assist customers with financial-related concerns, provide accurate information, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Your role is essential in building customer trust and delivering high-quality service in the financial sector.

You’ll be working onsite in Cubao under a shifting schedule, where you’ll enhance your communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable industry experience.

Qualifications

To qualify as a Financial Service Agent, applicants must:

• Be 18 years old and above

• Be at least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

• Have at least 6 months of customer service or related experience

• Have good communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

• Be willing to work on a shifting schedule
