Qualifications
- K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) or College Level/Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous BPO experience handling a blended account
- Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Open to shifting schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
