Job Overview
We are looking for Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to assist patients and clients with inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance, and claims. The role requires delivering accurate information and maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide guidance on healthcare services, coverage, and claims
- Assist with form submissions and claims processing
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to supervisors
- Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedule (including nights and weekends)
- Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
