ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative – Retail Account Associate will assist customers with account inquiries, product concerns, order-related concerns, and general customer service support. You will help provide a positive customer experience by delivering accurate information and resolving customer concerns efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 18 years old
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum), ALS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
- No BPO experience required
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
- Willing to work onsite in Santa Mesa, Manila
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
