What You’ll Do

As a Technical Account Agent, you will assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and reliable support.

Working onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule, you’ll gain hands-on experience in handling real-time technical concerns while sharpening your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

To qualify as a Technical Account Agent, applicants must:

• Be 18 years old and above

• Currently residing within Metro Manila

• Have good communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

• Be a High School (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate (depending on the account)

• College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply

• With or without call center experience
