Job Description
The Customer Service Representative – Sales will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products or services, and supporting sales objectives while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Promote products, pricing, and special offers
• Assist with orders, subscriptions, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Meet sales and performance targets
Schedule & Training
• Shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Paid training provided
Qualifications
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
