ROLE SUMMARY

The Financial Care Associate will assist customers with account-related concerns, financial service inquiries, transaction support, and general banking-related questions. You will provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining compliance with company and client guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and account concerns
Assist customers with account management, transactions, and service requests
Provide accurate information and professional support based on company procedures
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Maintain excellent customer service standards during every interaction
Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
At least 6–12 months of customer care or call center experience
At least 2 years of customer-facing experience such as: (Cashier, Retail Associate, Service Crew, Sales Associate, similar customer service roles)
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
Willing to work on shifting schedules

WORK SETUP & TRAINING

Onsite work setup
Shifting schedule including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required
Paid training provided before deployment
