ROLE SUMMARY

The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, recommendations, and general retail concerns while ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will help maintain store operations, support sales initiatives, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

Support daily store operations and inventory-related tasks
Promote products, services, and ongoing store campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome individuals who:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
At least 12 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic computer and transaction processing skills
Willing to work onsite in Fairview Terraces, Quezon City
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

WORK SETUP & TRAINING

Onsite work setup
Shifting schedule including weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours as needed
Paid training provided before deployment
