ROLE SUMMARY
The Healthcare Support Representative will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, account concerns, benefits verification, appointment-related questions, and general healthcare support requests. You will provide accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to company and client guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist customers with account concerns, healthcare benefits, and service-related questions
Provide accurate information based on healthcare account guidelines and procedures
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance
Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
Escalate complex healthcare concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who:
At least 18 years old
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, ALS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
At least 6 months of Healthcare Account experience preferred
Preferably with C1-level English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong (EDSA Greenfield)
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Applicants with or without BPO experience may be considered for entry-level support opportunities, subject to assessment and account requirements
WORK SETUP & TRAINING
- Onsite work setup
- Shifting schedule including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required
- Paid training provided from Day 1
