ROLE SUMMARY

The Travel Booking Support Associate will assist customers with flight reservations, booking modifications, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns. This role requires experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel services
Process reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and itinerary modifications
Provide accurate travel information, schedules, and fare details
Assist customers using GDS platforms to manage bookings efficiently
Resolve travel-related concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome individuals who:

At least 18 years old
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
Minimum of 1 year GDS experience required
Experience using Amadeus and/or Sabre is preferred
Strong English communication skills
Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Open to shifting schedules

WORK SETUP & TRAINING

Onsite work setup
Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
